These Kazeer Terms and Conditions of Service (the "Terms and Conditions") are an agreement between PT Kazeer Solusi Digital ("Kazeer", "We" or "Us") and the business owner who creates a Kazeer Account (the "Owner" or "You"). These Terms and Conditions set out Our rights and obligations and yours while you and the staff you give access to use the Kazeer Services.
Please read these Terms and Conditions together with the Privacy Policy and the Return, Refund & Delivery Policy before you create an Account or subscribe.
1. General Provisions
1.1. Kazeer is a POS app with an AI assistant, made by PT Kazeer Solusi Digital in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
1.2. In these Terms and Conditions, the "Kazeer Services" means:
- the Kazeer website at kazeer.ai;
- the Kazeer web app at app.kazeer.ai;
- the Android app Kazeer POS on Google Play (opens in a new tab);
- Kazeer AI, on the web and on WhatsApp;
- the demos, customer support through WhatsApp, and staff training We provide.
1.3. The following terms have these meanings:
- "Account" means the Owner's account in the Kazeer Services, where the business, Outlets, Plan, staff access, and Business Records are managed.
- "Outlet" means each business location or branch of the Owner recorded in the Account.
- "User" means the Owner and every staff member the Owner gives access to the Account.
- "Plan" means a subscription option for the Kazeer Services, namely the Free plan (Paket Gratis), Standard Monthly (Standar Bulanan), or Standard Annual (Standar Tahunan), as described in Clause 4.
- "Subscription Fee" means the fee the Owner pays for Standard Monthly or Standard Annual.
- "Platform Fee" means the per-transaction fee on the Free plan.
- "Deposit" means the Free plan balance that the Platform Fee is deducted from, so the balance does not go negative.
- "Business Records" means the data Users enter or record through the Kazeer Services, such as orders, recorded payments, menus, prices, recipes, stock, cost of goods (HPP), tax settings, reports, staff data, attendance records, and data about your business's customers.
- "Personal Data", "Personal Data controller", and "Personal Data processor" have the meanings given in the Privacy Policy.
- "Privacy Policy" means the Kazeer Privacy Policy, and "Return Policy" means the Kazeer Return, Refund & Delivery Policy.
1.4. In these Terms and Conditions, "including" and "for example" introduce examples, not complete lists. Clause headings are there only to make reading easier.
1.5. The Privacy Policy and the Return Policy form an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. On matters of Personal Data, the Privacy Policy applies where it differs from these Terms and Conditions. Not final yet: [wording of this clause: waiting for lawyer review C20]
2. Acceptance, Registration, and Account
2.1. You accept these Terms and Conditions when you create an Account. You give that acceptance by ticking the required box to accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy on the kazeer.ai sign-up page. Not final yet: [If the Kazeer team helps you sign up through WhatsApp, you tick that acceptance the first time you log in to the app: waiting for programmer confirmation, A38] For Standard Monthly and Standard Annual, We also send a link to these Terms and Conditions with the invoice. Not final yet: [how acceptance is recorded: waiting for lawyer review C21]
2.2. Visiting the kazeer.ai website, contacting Us, or taking part in a demo is not treated as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2.3. You confirm that you are an adult with the legal capacity to enter into an agreement Not final yet: [minimum age, if one should be stated: waiting for lawyer review C22]. Both individuals and business entities may sign up. If you sign up for a business entity, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it.
2.4. When you sign up and while you use the Kazeer Services, you must give correct Account, business, and Outlet details, and update them when they change. We may ask you to confirm those details, as set out in Clause 2.4 of the Privacy Policy.
2.5. One Account can cover several Outlets. The Owner sets each staff member's access per task and per Outlet, using the roles available in the app: store admin or manager, cashier, kitchen, waiter, and accountant. The app also has membership levels with permissions per feature, labelled "Owner", "Manager", and "Viewer". Table order is not a staff role but a feature that lets your business's customers order for themselves by scanning the QR code on their table. Customers who order through table order are not Users.
2.6. You are responsible for giving and removing staff access, including resetting access for staff who move Outlets, and you must remove the access of staff who leave. Each staff member has their own login, and staff are added by the Owner or a manager. You are responsible for everything done through the access you give your staff.
2.7. Keep your Account secure: keep your login details secret, and use a screen lock on POS devices and phones used for Kazeer. If you suspect that someone is using your Account without permission, tell Us at once through the contacts in Clause 16.
3. The Kazeer Services
3.1. Through the Kazeer Services, Users can, among other things:
- record Dine-in orders by table or Takeaway orders, and cash, QRIS, or card payments on the same order;
- send orders to the kitchen and follow their status;
- print receipts on a connected receipt printer;
- manage menus, prices, and recipes, including promo prices and bundle prices through the promo feature;
- manage the catalog and stock per Outlet, including moving stock between Outlets;
- see reports on sales, cost of goods, gross profit, and tax, including a combined report for all Outlets;
- manage staff access and record attendance with a selfie and location;
- ask Kazeer AI questions, as set out in Clause 8.
3.2. The Kazeer Services work on computers, tablets, and phones, through the web app at app.kazeer.ai or the Kazeer POS Android app. Plans do not include an internet connection, and do not include devices other than the Standard Annual tablet stand in Clause 4.6. The Kazeer team can help you work out which devices you need, for example during a demo. We also sell device bundles separately, namely the "Entrepreneur", "Owner", and "Ultima" bundles. Each device bundle includes use of the Kazeer app for one year, equivalent to Standard Annual, so no Platform Fee applies. After the first year, use of the app is renewed for Rp2,000,000 per year. Delivery, warranty, and returns of devices are covered by the Return Policy.
3.3. Dynamic QRIS, virtual account, and e-wallet payments received through the Kazeer Services involve the payment service provider Xendit, which is also used to pay out funds to the withdrawal account. To activate QRIS, the Owner enters a bank account number and personal details, as described in Clause 2.2(a) of the Privacy Policy. Funds from QRIS payments are paid out one working day after the transaction date (H+1 working day). Not final yet: [Xendit is the only payment service provider the Kazeer Services use: waiting for programmer confirmation, A90] Not final yet: [Whether QRIS payments first go into Kazeer's own Xendit account before they are paid out to your business's account: waiting for programmer answer, A8; if so, Kazeer's licensing to hold and forward those funds under Bank Indonesia rules: waiting for lawyer review C44] Card payments made on your business's own EDC machine are only recorded in Kazeer Not final yet: [and Kazeer does not receive or store card numbers: waiting for programmer confirmation, A81]. If a customer of your business needs to get back money they have paid, your business returns it to that customer itself, under the rules of the payment service provider concerned.
3.4. Customer support is available on every Plan through WhatsApp. You can send a message at any time, 24 hours a day, every day, including public holidays. The Kazeer team replies every day from 09.00 to 21.00 WIB (Western Indonesia Time), and messages that arrive outside those hours are answered in the next service hours.
3.5. Staff training is included in Standard Monthly and Standard Annual, and not in the Free plan. Staff training is one session of one hour for each Outlet. In Yogyakarta, staff training takes place at your business. Outside Yogyakarta, staff training takes place online by video call, free of charge. If you ask for in-person staff training outside Yogyakarta, you pay the Kazeer team's travel costs, agreed in advance, as for a demo under Clause 3.6. Scheduling of staff training is covered by the Return Policy.
3.6. Before you sign up, you can book a demo with the Kazeer team to see how Kazeer works. A demo never carries an obligation to subscribe. Online demos and online setup are free of charge wherever your business is, and an online demo takes about 30 to 60 minutes. A demo or setup at your business is free of charge in Yogyakarta. Outside Yogyakarta, a demo or setup at your business is charged at the Kazeer team's travel costs, meaning transport and, where needed, accommodation, agreed before the team sets off. Demos are scheduled through WhatsApp. Demo requests from the website are sent through WhatsApp, as described in Clause 8.2 of the Privacy Policy.
4. Plans and Fees
4.1. Kazeer comes in three Plans:
- Free plan: Rp0, with no Subscription Fee. A Rp500 Platform Fee per transaction is paid by the customer, and the Plan needs an initial Deposit of Rp50,000 per Outlet.
- Standard Monthly: Rp250,000 per month, with no Platform Fee.
- Standard Annual: Rp2,000,000 per year, with no Platform Fee and a free tablet stand.
4.2. Plan prices are per Outlet. For a business with several Outlets, the Kazeer team gives the price: the more Outlets, the bigger the discount. The discount is set by the number of active Outlets, applies to Standard Monthly and Standard Annual, and applies to every Outlet, including the first one. Each food court tenant counts as one Outlet. A price for several Outlets applies as set out in a written offer from the Kazeer team, sent through WhatsApp or email. An Outlet added mid-period is charged from the day it is activated, pro rata to the end of the current period, and is then included in the next period's invoice. What happens when an Outlet stops using Kazeer mid-period is covered by the Return Policy.
4.3. Every Plan includes access to all features for the Owner and the staff roles in Clause 2.5, including the table order feature; online payments (dynamic QRIS); customer support through WhatsApp; and Inventory and the Kazeer AI chatbot. Staff training is included only in Standard Monthly and Standard Annual. What each Plan includes is also shown in the pricing section of the Kazeer website.
4.4. On the Free plan, a Rp500 Platform Fee applies only to transactions that have been paid, once per transaction, at the same amount for every payment method: cash, QRIS, and card. The Platform Fee is paid by your business's customer, not by you, and is deducted from the Deposit balance so the balance does not go negative. Not final yet: [The app charges the Platform Fee this way, meaning the same Rp500 for cash, QRIS, and card, once per paid transaction, and shows it as a separate line on the bill before the customer pays, and on the receipt: waiting for programmer confirmation, A44] Not final yet: [wording of this clause: waiting for lawyer review C23]
4.5. The Free plan needs an initial Deposit of Rp50,000 for each Outlet, which becomes the balance the Platform Fee is deducted from. Not final yet: [We tell you through the app and WhatsApp when the Deposit balance falls to Rp10,000, which is about 20 transactions: waiting for programmer confirmation, A45] You can top up the Deposit balance on the Kazeer payment page (Xendit), with at least Rp50,000 per top-up. When the Deposit balance runs out, the POS cannot be used. Not final yet: [wording of this clause: waiting for lawyer review C24] Refunds of any remaining Deposit balance are covered by the Return Policy.
4.6. Standard Annual includes one free tablet stand for each Outlet on Standard Annual. The tablet stand becomes the Owner's property straight away, and does not have to be returned if you cancel your subscription before the 12-month period ends. Handover of the tablet stand, and what happens to the stand when a payment is refunded, are covered by the Return Policy.
4.7. The Plan prices and the Platform Fee stated in these Terms and Conditions are final prices, with no VAT (PPN) added. Not final yet: [PT Kazeer Solusi Digital is not yet registered for VAT as a taxable entrepreneur (Pengusaha Kena Pajak, PKP), so We do not charge VAT and cannot issue tax invoices (faktur pajak): waiting for confirmation from the Kazeer team, A47] If We are later registered as a PKP, We will first update Our prices and these Terms and Conditions, as set out in Clause 15.2. Not final yet: [wording of this clause: waiting for lawyer review C25]
4.8. We may change Plan prices. We announce a price change at least 30 days before it takes effect, and a period already paid for keeps the old price. If you disagree, you can cancel your subscription before the change takes effect for your Account. Not final yet: [wording of this clause: waiting for lawyer review C26]
4.9. To try Kazeer, you can use the Free plan with its initial Deposit of Rp50,000 per Outlet. A free Standard trial is given only by the Kazeer team to selected prospective customers, for at most 7 days, with all the features of Standard Monthly and Standard Annual, and with no automatic charge. When that trial ends, you can choose to subscribe to Standard Monthly or Standard Annual, or move to the Free plan.
5. Payment and Subscription Period
5.1. Accounts on every Plan are created through the sign-up page on the kazeer.ai website, not in the Android app. You can ask for the price for several Outlets during a demo.
5.2. Subscription Fees and the Deposit are paid only through these two official channels:
- the Kazeer payment page through Xendit, by virtual account, QRIS, or e-wallet, whose account is in the name of PT Kazeer Solusi Digital;
- a transfer to the bank account in the name of PT Kazeer Solusi Digital stated on the invoice.
There is no other payment channel. For every payment of a Subscription Fee or the Deposit, We send an invoice and proof of payment by email, and a copy through WhatsApp if you ask for one.
5.3. Pay only through the payment channels named in Clause 5.2. If you receive a payment request in Kazeer's name through any other channel, contact Us through the contacts in Clause 16 before you pay.
5.4. Subscription Fees are paid in advance. Standard Monthly runs for periods of one month and Standard Annual for periods of 12 months, counted from the date the Plan is activated. When a Plan is activated after payment is received is covered by the Return Policy.
5.5. Renewals are not charged automatically. To renew, you pay a new invoice for the next period. We send a reminder 7 days before the current period ends, through WhatsApp or email. Not final yet: [wording of this clause: waiting for lawyer review C26] To cancel your subscription, you cancel its renewal, as set out in the Return Policy.
5.6. If the Subscription Fee for the next period has not been paid when the current period ends, you have a grace period of 7 days. If the Subscription Fee is still unpaid after the grace period, access to the Account is restricted until you pay or choose the Free plan. While access is restricted, you can still open and download reports, but the POS cannot record new transactions. Business Records are not deleted as long as the Account has not been closed.
5.7. Changing Plans mid-period, including what happens to the rest of the period and to the remaining Deposit balance, is covered by the Return Policy.
5.8. Refunds of Subscription Fees, the Deposit, and Platform Fees, including how to ask for one, are covered by the Return Policy.
6. Your Obligations and Prohibited Use
6.1. You must:
- use the Kazeer Services to run a lawful business;
- pay the fees for the Plan you choose;
- make sure the staff you give access to follow these Terms and Conditions;
- have a lawful basis to record the Personal Data of your staff and customers, and tell them what is recorded, as set out in Clause 3.4 of the Privacy Policy;
- explain attendance with a selfie and location to your staff before they start using it, as set out in Clauses 4.6 and 4.7 of the Privacy Policy.
6.2. You and the staff you give access to must not:
- use the Kazeer Services for a business, goods, or transactions that break the law;
- record false transactions or alter records to deceive customers, business partners, or authorities;
- access or try to access an Account, system, or data you have no right to;
- disrupt, overload, or try to break into Kazeer's systems, including with automated programs;
- spread viruses or harmful code through the Kazeer Services;
- take apart, copy, or rebuild the Kazeer apps, except where laws and regulations allow it;
- enter other people's Personal Data without a lawful basis;
- pretend to be Kazeer or the Kazeer team;
- resell or lend access to the Kazeer Services to anyone outside your business without Our written permission.
Any type of lawful business may use Kazeer.
6.3. Kazeer provides settings for VAT (PPN) and regional tax, and tax reports per Outlet. You decide which taxes apply to your business and at what rate, and you are responsible for your business's tax obligations. Kazeer's reports help with record-keeping but are not tax advice. Not final yet: [wording of this clause: waiting for lawyer review C25]
6.4. If Clause 6.2 is breached, We may take the steps set out in Clause 11.
7. Business Records and Personal Data
7.1. For Business Records, your business is the Personal Data controller and We are the Personal Data processor, as set out in Clause 3.3 of the Privacy Policy.
7.2. We process Business Records only to run and secure the Kazeer Services for your business, according to the settings you choose in the app, and to meet legal obligations, with the following exception: We may use aggregated statistics that have been anonymised, so that they can no longer identify your business or anyone else, to improve the Kazeer Services. In addition, data We send to the AI model provider for Kazeer AI may be used by that provider as explained in Clause 8.6. These Terms and Conditions, together with those settings, are your instructions to Us as Personal Data processor, including for the use of the technology providers named in Clause 7.2 of the Privacy Policy. Not final yet: [wording of this clause: waiting for lawyer review C27]
7.3. The Business Records belong to you. We process them only as set out in Clause 7.2. You receive permission to use the Kazeer Services as set out in Clause 10.2, not ownership of the Kazeer Services. Not final yet: [wording of this clause: waiting for lawyer review C28]
7.4. The Privacy Policy explains what Personal Data We process, what for, and your rights under Indonesia's Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (the "UU PDP"). We do not sell or rent Personal Data.
8. Kazeer AI
8.1. Kazeer AI helps the Owner understand their Business Records. You can ask in everyday language on the web or on WhatsApp, for example "What are today's sales?". Kazeer AI also sends out-of-stock and low-stock alerts automatically to the Owner and store admins after a transaction.
8.2. Kazeer AI's answers and recommendations are drawn from the Business Records in your Account. How accurate they are depends on how complete and correct those records are.
8.3. Kazeer AI's answers are generated automatically from the Business Records and may be wrong. Kazeer AI's answers and recommendations are not tax, legal, or financial advice. Kazeer AI's recommendations are suggestions, and the decision stays with you. Check Kazeer AI's answers against the reports in the app before you make a decision that matters to your business. There is currently no limit on the number of questions you can ask Kazeer AI, and We ask you to use it reasonably. Not final yet: [wording of this clause: waiting for lawyer review C29]
8.4. You use Kazeer AI on WhatsApp through your own WhatsApp account, so your messages and Our replies pass through WhatsApp (Meta) and are subject to WhatsApp's terms. Kazeer AI on WhatsApp uses a WhatsApp number owned by Kazeer, not WhatsApp's official service for businesses (the WhatsApp Business Platform), so it may be disrupted or stop if WhatsApp restricts that number. If that happens, Kazeer AI on the web can still be used. Kazeer AI on WhatsApp recognises a User only by a WhatsApp number that matches the phone number of a User or of a business registered in Kazeer, including staff numbers, without a verification code (OTP). So make sure the phone numbers registered in the Account are correct and still used by the User they belong to. Not final yet: [A verification code is required when a WhatsApp number is linked to the Account, and this replaces the sentence above about recognising Users without a verification code (OTP): waiting for programmer confirmation, A101] The official WhatsApp number for Kazeer AI is Not final yet: [the number currently connected to Kazeer AI: waiting for programmer confirmation, A57].
8.5. The sample chats and figures on the kazeer.ai website are sample data, not Kazeer AI's answers about your Business Records.
8.6. Kazeer AI currently runs on NVIDIA's free API trial, which is subject to the NVIDIA API Trial Terms of Service. Under those terms, NVIDIA does not keep the data it receives or the output it produces after each session ends, but it may collect that data and output, without identifying the user, to improve its products, including AI models. This means that while Kazeer AI runs on that trial, We cannot guarantee that the data sent to NVIDIA to answer your questions, and the answers produced, are not used to train AI models. We do not train AI models with Kazeer AI data ourselves. The data sent to NVIDIA is described in Clause 5.2 of the Privacy Policy.
9. Service Availability and Feature Changes
9.1. We aim to keep the Kazeer Services usable at all times, but We do not promise that they will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors. Not final yet: [wording of this clause: waiting for lawyer review C30]
9.2. The Kazeer Services may stop for a while for maintenance, updates, or repairs. We announce scheduled maintenance at least one day in advance, through the app or WhatsApp. Not final yet: [How and when you are told about unplanned outages: waiting for owner answer A111]
9.3. If the internet drops, the POS keeps working. POS data is saved on the device first, then saved to the Kazeer cloud once the connection is back. Until it syncs, that data exists only on that device, so connect your devices to the internet regularly. In the Kazeer POS Android app, POS data stored on the device for offline use, including sales records and copies of customer data, is not encrypted. Those sales records stay on the device after they sync, and after you log out of the app. Protect the device as set out in Clause 2.7. We are not liable for the loss of data that has not yet been saved to the Kazeer cloud, for example because a device breaks, is lost, or has the app removed. Not final yet: [The app marks transactions that have not yet synced to the Kazeer cloud: waiting for programmer confirmation, A59] Not final yet: [wording of this clause: waiting for lawyer review C30]
9.4. The Kazeer Services rely on third-party services, such as Hostinger as the server provider, with the server in Malaysia; NVIDIA, through its NVIDIA NIM service, to run the AI models Kazeer AI uses, as explained in Clause 8.6; Google for one-time code (OTP) and notification emails; WhatsApp (Meta); Xendit for QRIS, virtual account, and e-wallet payments; and Google Play for the Android app. Outages or policy changes at those parties can affect the Kazeer Services. If that happens, We aim to restore the Kazeer Services as soon as We can.
9.5. From time to time, We may add, change, or remove features of the Kazeer Services. We announce changes that reduce the features in your paid Plan at least 30 days before they take effect. If you disagree, you can cancel your subscription without a penalty. Not final yet: [wording of this clause: waiting for lawyer review C31]
9.6. Automatic ingredient ordering from suppliers over WhatsApp is in development and is not yet part of the Kazeer Services. New features released as a trial are provided as they are, and may change or be withdrawn. We update these Terms and Conditions before a trial feature goes live for all Owners.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1. The intellectual property rights in the Kazeer Services, including the apps, the website, the Kazeer name and logo, the design, and the text, belong to PT Kazeer Solusi Digital or to those who license them to Us. Parts of the Kazeer Services use components made or licensed by others, such as open-source libraries, an open-source AI router, AI models from outside providers, and Google Fonts. Those components are not Kazeer's property and remain subject to their own licences. Not final yet: [wording of this clause: waiting for lawyer review C28]
10.2. While your Account is active, We give you and the staff you give access to permission to use the Kazeer Services for your business, in line with the Plan you choose. This permission is non-exclusive, cannot be transferred, and does not pass any intellectual property rights to you. Not final yet: [wording of this clause: waiting for lawyer review C28]
10.3. Clause 10.1 does not apply to Business Records, which are covered by Clause 7.
10.4. We show your business name or logo as a Kazeer customer reference, for example on the website, only with your separate written permission, which you can withdraw at any time. Not final yet: [Every business whose name or logo is now shown on kazeer.ai uses Kazeer and has given written permission, and any name or logo that does not meet both is taken down from the website: waiting for confirmation from the Kazeer team, A61] Not final yet: [wording of this clause: waiting for lawyer review C28]
11. Suspension and Termination
11.1. You can close your Account by emailing admin@kazeer.ai with the subject "Hapus akun" (delete account), as set out in Clause 10.4 of the Privacy Policy, and the Kazeer team then closes the Account at your request. Not final yet: [You can also close your Account yourself in the Kazeer POS Android app and on a web page: waiting for programmer confirmation, A94] Not final yet: [When an Account is closed, all of its data, including the Business Records, is deleted within one day, also for a business that already has transactions: waiting for programmer confirmation, A94] Not final yet: [The exception is Kazeer's own billing records, meaning the invoices and proofs of payment for Subscription Fees and the Deposit, which are kept for 10 years: waiting for lawyer review C49] Sales records are tax documents of your business. So download the Business Records you need before you close your Account, as set out in Clause 11.7.
11.2. Stopping use of Kazeer or removing the app from your phone does not close your Account or delete the data in the Kazeer cloud. To cancel a paid Plan without closing your Account, follow the Return Policy.
11.3. We may suspend or restrict access to an Account only for the following reasons:
- a Subscription Fee that is still unpaid after the grace period, as set out in Clause 5.6;
- a breach of Clause 6.2, including use of the Kazeer Services for a business or transactions that break the law;
- a security risk to other Users, to your Account, or to Kazeer's systems;
- an order or request from an authority under the laws and regulations.
Not final yet: [wording of this clause: waiting for lawyer review C32]
11.4. We tell you the reason for a suspension before it takes effect, through the channels in Clause 15.3, except in urgent cases, such as a security risk or a legal order. In an urgent case, We tell you the reason after the suspension takes effect. Access is restored once the cause of the suspension has been resolved, unless the Account is closed as set out in Clause 11.5. Not final yet: [wording of this clause: waiting for lawyer review C32]
11.5. We may end these Terms and Conditions and close an Account for a breach of Clause 6.2, a security risk, or an order or request from an authority, as listed in Clause 11.3. An unpaid Subscription Fee is not a reason to close an Account: in that case, access to the Account is only restricted as set out in Clause 5.6, and Business Records are not deleted as long as the Account has not been closed. We may also close an Account that has no active Plan and has not been logged in to for 24 months. For such an Account, We first notify you by email and WhatsApp, and the Account is closed 30 days later if We receive no reply. Before an Account is closed, you get 30 days to download the Business Records, unless a legal order requires otherwise. Not final yet: [wording of this clause: waiting for lawyer review C32]
11.6. Refunds of Subscription Fees already paid, or of any remaining Deposit balance, when an Account is suspended or closed follow the Return Policy.
11.7. Once an Account is closed, the Kazeer Services can no longer be used. Account data and Business Records are kept and deleted as set out in Clause 10 of the Privacy Policy. While the Account is active, you can download the Business Records one report type at a time:
- sales reports, finance or cash reports, and attendance summaries, in Excel format (XLSX);
- accounting reports, such as profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, general ledger, and journal, in XLSX or PDF;
- tax reports, in CSV, XLSX, or PDF, and in XML for Coretax once an NPWP has been entered in the business's tax profile;
- the list of member customers, in CSV;
- the receipt for a single order, in PDF.
There is no feature yet to download all data at once, and you cannot yet download the product or menu list yourself. If you ask through admin@kazeer.ai before the Account is closed, We send the product list, the menu, and other data you cannot download yourself, in Excel or CSV format, free of charge, within 3 working days. The download link is valid for 7 days. Not final yet: [wording of this clause: waiting for lawyer review C33]
11.8. After an Account is closed, the duty to pay fees already due, Clause 7, Clause 10, Clause 12, and Clause 14 remain in effect, as do other provisions that by their nature need to continue.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1. To the extent the laws and regulations allow, We are not liable for losses caused solely by:
- a User's failure to protect login details or devices;
- wrong or incomplete data entered by a User;
- business decisions you make, including those that follow Kazeer AI's recommendations;
- faults in your devices or internet connection;
- faults in third-party services that you choose or use yourself, other than the providers We appoint to run the Kazeer Services;
- use of the Kazeer Services in breach of Clause 6.2;
- Force Majeure as set out in Clause 13.
Not final yet: [Wording of this clause: waiting for lawyer review C30]
12.2. To the extent the laws and regulations allow, Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid Us in the last 12 months, and We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits. This limit does not apply to losses caused by Our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, as set out in Clause 12.3. Not final yet: [wording of this clause: waiting for lawyer review C30]
12.3. Clause 12 does not limit Our liability for losses caused by Our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and does not limit your rights under the UU PDP, including the right to sue and receive compensation. Not final yet: [wording of this clause: waiting for lawyer review C30]
12.4. If another party makes a claim against Us because a User used the Kazeer Services unlawfully or in breach of Clause 6.2, you are responsible for the reasonable losses We suffer from that claim, to the extent they are caused by that breach. Not final yet: [wording of this clause: waiting for lawyer review C34]
