Key points
- Start the request with an Indonesian word for make or want, such as "buatkan gambar" or "bikin poster", then name the item, the main visual, the exact words to show, the mood and colors, and the format.
- Text in AI images can come out wrong. Check every word, price, and date, make sure the dish looks like what you actually serve, and don't use an image with another brand's logo or a cartoon character.
- Use the results in your Instagram feed and stories, your WhatsApp status, and Offer posts on your Google profile. For menus where customers choose a dish by its photo, such as a delivery app or a printed menu, keep using real photos.
- In Kazeer, you ask for images in the AI assistant's chat at app.kazeer.ai. The feature is in Standard Monthly and Standard Annual, with a daily limit per outlet. Download right away, because results are kept for 24 hours.
Picture this: it's Thursday afternoon. You've already costed next week's slow-hour bundle of Kopi Susu Aren and Croissant Butter, but there's no poster yet. Your usual designer is booked up, and you don't have time to open a design app between shifts.
In Kazeer, you can ask Kazeer's AI assistant to make that image in the chat at app.kazeer.ai. The result shows up in the chat, ready to download. Two jobs stay with you: writing a clear request, then checking every word, price, and date in the image before you post it.
What the AI assistant can make
The AI assistant, called Asisten AI in the app, is the same assistant as Kazeer AI, the one you can ask about sales and stock. In the chat at app.kazeer.ai, it can also make images.
| What you ask for | What you get |
|---|
| A promo design or poster | An image with the words from your request, such as the item name, price, and promo dates |
| A menu photo | A picture of the dish with no text |
| A story version | The image remade at 9:16, for an Instagram story or WhatsApp status |
You can ask for other images too, such as a notice about holiday opening hours. The result appears in the chat with a button to download it, and it's kept for 24 hours.
How to write a request
Start with a word for make or want, such as "buatkan gambar" (make a picture), "bikin poster" (make a poster), or "mau gambar" (I want a picture). Then describe everything you have in mind. A short request like "buatkan gambar promo kopi" (make a coffee promo picture) doesn't name the item, the price, or the dates, so the result may not be usable.
What to put in the request:
- The item to show, and what it's served in: a plastic cup with a lid, a mug, a plate, or a box.
- The main visual, such as an iced milk coffee on a wooden table, seen from the side.
- The exact words that must appear: the item name, price, dates, and times. Put them in quotation marks to make the request clearer.
- The mood and colors, such as warm with brown and cream, or your outlet's logo colors.
- The format. Write "story" or "vertikal" (vertical) if the image is for a story or status.
Fewer words in the image means less to check, and the text is easier to read on a phone screen. For a promo poster, the item name, price, and promo time are usually enough. Everything else can go in the caption.
Example requests
The app is in Indonesian, and Kazeer AI doesn't officially support English, so each example below is the Indonesian request you would type, followed by a translation.
Example: Bikin poster promo paket sore. Gambar utama: segelas es kopi susu aren di gelas plastik bening bertutup dan satu croissant di piring kecil, di meja kayu dekat jendela. Tulisan yang harus tampil persis: "Paket Kopi Susu Aren + Croissant Butter", "Rp35.000", "Senin sampai Jumat, 14.00 sampai 17.00", "2 sampai 6 November". Suasana sore yang hangat, warna cokelat dan krem. Translation: Make a promo poster for an afternoon bundle. Main visual: an iced Kopi Susu Aren in a clear plastic cup with a lid and a croissant on a small plate, on a wooden table by a window. Words that must appear exactly: "Kopi Susu Aren + Croissant Butter bundle", "Rp35,000", "Monday to Friday, 14:00 to 17:00", "2 to 6 November". A warm afternoon mood, brown and cream colors.
Example: Buatkan gambar Nasi Goreng untuk postingan Instagram, tanpa tulisan. Nasi goreng dengan telur dadar di atasnya, acar timun, dan irisan tomat di piring putih, dilihat dari atas, dengan cahaya siang yang lembut. Translation: Make a picture of Nasi Goreng for an Instagram post, with no text. Fried rice topped with an omelette, with pickled cucumber and sliced tomato on a white plate, seen from above, in soft daylight.
Example: Mau gambar pengumuman menu baru, format story. Gambar utama: segelas es kopi pandan berwarna hijau muda di gelas plastik bening bertutup. Tulisan: "Menu baru", "Es Kopi Pandan Rp24.000", "Mulai Senin, 9 November". Warna hijau muda dan putih. Translation: I want a picture announcing a new item, story format. Main visual: a light green iced pandan coffee in a clear plastic cup with a lid. Words: "New on the menu", "Es Kopi Pandan Rp24,000", "From Monday, 9 November". Light green and white.
If the poster is done and you need a story version, type "format story instagram" in the chat after that image. The AI assistant remakes the image at 9:16, so check the text again.
When the result isn't quite right
Change one or two things, such as the colors or the angle, then send the full request again. Every image it makes counts toward the daily limit, so fix the request before you try again. Save the requests that worked in a note on your phone so you can use them again.
Check before you post
Text inside AI-made images can come out wrong: missing letters, shifted numbers, or dates that differ from your request. Customers come in expecting the price they saw on the poster, so check every image before you post it.
| What to check | Example mistake | How to check |
|---|
| Item name | Missing or swapped letters, such as "Kopi Susu Aeren" | Read it letter by letter, then have one staff member read it again |
| Price | Rp35,000 shows up as Rp3,500 or Rp350,000 | Match it with the promo price you set in Kazeer's promo feature |
| Dates and times | A shifted date, a day name that doesn't match the date, 14:00 turned into 4:00 | Check it against the calendar on your phone |
| Extra words | Words from your request show up in the image, such as "promo jam sepi" (slow-hour promo) | Read all the text in the image, not just the words you asked for |
| The dish | More toppings, a bigger portion, a glass or plate you don't use | Hold it next to the dish your kitchen actually serves |
| Logos and characters | Another brand's logo on the cup, a famous cartoon character | Ask for a new image without that logo or character |
Set the promo price in Kazeer's promo feature before you post the image, then make sure the number matches the one in the image exactly.
If the text keeps coming out wrong, ask for a version with no text, then add the words yourself in the photo editing app you already use. That way you can also change a price or date without making a new image.
An AI dish image shows the dish as imagined from your request, not as photographed in your kitchen. If the image shows heaped toppings and customers get a regular portion, the image misleads them. Use only images that look like what you actually serve.
Don't use an image with another brand's logo or a famous cartoon character, even if it's small and in a corner.
Where to use the results
- For your Instagram feed, repeat the item, price, dates, and times in the caption, so customers can still read them if the text in the image is too small.
- For Instagram stories and WhatsApp status, use the 9:16 version.
- Send it in WhatsApp messages only to customers who agreed to hear about promos. The consent rules are in our article on bringing customers back through WhatsApp.
- On your Google profile, create an Offer post with the promo's start and end dates, as in our Google Business Profile guide.
AI dish images suit promo posts and stories. For menus where customers choose a dish by its photo, such as a delivery app, a printed menu, or the menu photos on your Google profile, keep using real photos. The reasons are in our article on the GrabMerchant AI assistant.
One promo usually needs more than one image: an announcement poster a few days ahead, story reminders while the promo runs, and a reminder on the last day. To make them look more alike, use the same base request and change only the words. The results can still differ, so compare each one with the first poster.
Example: The base request is the Kopi Susu Aren + Croissant Butter bundle poster above. For the last-day reminder, send the same request again, add "format story", and change the date text to "Hari terakhir, Jumat, 6 November" (Last day, Friday, 6 November).
Before you make the set, make sure the promo price still leaves you gross profit. How to work that out, and how to compare sales before and after the promo, is in our article on slow-hour promotions.
Limits and good habits
- Download the results the same day, because images are kept in the chat for 24 hours. Save them in one folder, with the date and the promo name in the file name.
- There's a daily limit per outlet, and Kazeer sets the number. Kazeer's Foto Menu AI feature uses the same limit, so images from both features count together. If you reach the day's limit, carry on the next day.
- AI images are in Standard Monthly and Standard Annual. The Free plan still includes the Kazeer AI chatbot, but not AI images. Plan details are in the pricing section.
- Ask for images in the AI assistant's chat at app.kazeer.ai. The feature isn't available through WhatsApp, but you can still ask about sales and stock there, as in our guide to asking Kazeer AI.
- Check every image, even after a few clean results. A text mistake can turn up in any image.
- Cost the promo, then set its price in Kazeer's promo feature.
- Write the request: the opening word, the item, the main visual, the exact words in quotation marks, the mood and colors, and the format.
- If you need a story version, type "format story instagram" once the image is ready.
- Download all the results the same day.
- Check all the text in the image letter by letter, especially the item name, price, dates, and times, with one staff member.
- Compare the dish in the image with what your kitchen serves.
- Make sure there's no other brand's logo or cartoon character.
- Send the image to your staff WhatsApp group, so the cashiers know which promo is running.
- Post it, then put the same details in the caption.
