Key points
- The Free plan has no subscription and a Rp50,000 initial deposit. A Rp500 platform fee per transaction is paid by the customer.
- Plan prices are per outlet. Standard Monthly at Rp250,000 costs the same as the platform fee on 500 transactions at that outlet.
- Standard Annual costs Rp1,000,000 less than 12 months of Standard Monthly, but you need Rp2,000,000 at once.
- Staff training comes with Standard Monthly and Standard Annual, not the Free plan.
Kazeer has three plans: the Free plan, Standard Monthly, and Standard Annual. All three give you access for owner, cashier, kitchen staff, and table order, plus dynamic QRIS payments. The main difference is cost: a platform fee your customers pay, or a subscription you pay yourself, monthly or yearly.
This article helps you choose with a few questions and some simple math. Every transaction count and customer bill below is only an example. Swap in the numbers from your own sales records.
The three plans side by side
| Free plan | Standard Monthly | Standard Annual |
|---|
| Subscription | Rp0 forever | Rp250,000 per month | Rp2,000,000 per year |
|---|
| Platform fee | Rp500 per transaction, paid by the customer | No platform fee | No platform fee |

Plan prices are per outlet. The more outlets you have, the bigger the discount, so for several outlets, ask the Kazeer team for the price.
The Free plan also has a Rp50,000 initial deposit. It's a balance the platform fee is deducted from, so the balance doesn't go negative.
What every plan includes:
- Every feature for owner, cashier, kitchen staff, and table order.
- Online payments with dynamic QRIS.
- Customer support: WhatsApp 24/7, answered by the team daily from 09:00 to 21:00 WIB.
So that access comes with any plan, and the choice is mostly about cost. You can also see each plan in detail in the pricing section.
On the Free plan, you pay no subscription. There is a Rp500 platform fee per transaction, paid by the customer. Neither Standard plan has a platform fee. You pay the subscription yourself, monthly or yearly.
So the first question: would you rather your customers pay Rp500 on every transaction, or pay a fixed subscription yourself?
Rp500 feels different depending on how much a customer spends. For someone who only buys a Rp5,000 glass of es teh (sweet iced tea), Rp500 is a tenth of the price of the drink. For a family with a Rp150,000 bill, it's less than 1%.
The easiest way to judge it is to look at the average value of one transaction at your outlet: a day's sales divided by that day's transactions.
Example: Yesterday you made Rp4,250,000 in sales from 186 transactions. The average is Rp4,250,000 ÷ 186 = Rp22,849 (rounded). A Rp500 platform fee is a little over 2% of what the average customer spends.
The guide to daily sales reports shows how to read this average. Then think about your regulars: would they mind paying an extra Rp500 every time they buy? You know them best.
Count your transactions
The second question: how many transactions does your outlet have in a month? With that number, you can see how much your customers pay in platform fees in a month, then compare it with the cost of Standard Monthly.
The basic math: Rp250,000 ÷ Rp500 = 500. A month of Standard Monthly costs the same as the platform fee on 500 transactions. Because plan prices are per outlet, if you have more than one outlet, do this math for each outlet using the per-outlet price the Kazeer team gives you.
The table below assumes your outlet is open 25 days a month.
| Transactions per day | Transactions per month | Platform fees your customers pay on the Free plan | Standard Monthly cost per transaction |
|---|
| 10 | 250 | Rp125,000 | Rp1,000 |
| 20 | 500 | Rp250,000 | Rp500 |
| 40 | 1,000 | Rp500,000 | Rp250 |
| 80 | 2,000 | Rp1,000,000 | Rp125 |
How to read the first row: 10 transactions × 25 days = 250 transactions. On the Free plan, your customers pay 250 × Rp500 = Rp125,000 in platform fees that month. On Standard Monthly, you pay Rp250,000, or Rp250,000 ÷ 250 = Rp1,000 per transaction.
Below 500 transactions a month, Standard Monthly means you pay more than Rp500 per transaction. Above 500, your cost per transaction is less than the platform fee your customers pay on the Free plan, and it keeps shrinking as your transactions go up.
The 500 mark isn't a line that forces you to switch plans. On the Free plan, the platform fee is still paid by your customers, not by you. The math shows what it would cost you to spare your customers that Rp500.
Monthly or annual: check your cash flow
If you'd rather have no platform fee, the next question is whether to pay every month or once a year.
| Standard Monthly | Standard Annual |
|---|
| Price | Rp250,000 per month | Rp2,000,000 per year |
|---|
| Total for 12 months | 12 × Rp250,000 = Rp3,000,000 | Rp2,000,000 |
|---|
| Extras listed | Inventory and the Kazeer AI chatbot | Inventory, the Kazeer AI chatbot, and a free tablet stand |
|---|
Over 12 months, Standard Annual costs Rp1,000,000 less. Another way to see it: Rp2,000,000 ÷ Rp250,000 = 8, so a year of Standard Annual costs the same as 8 months of Standard Monthly. If your cashier works on a tablet, the free tablet stand comes in handy too.
Before you choose Standard Annual, answer these two questions:
- Can you set aside Rp2,000,000 at once without cutting into the money for ingredients, wages, and rent that month? Compared with Standard Monthly, Standard Annual needs Rp1,750,000 more in the first month (Rp2,000,000 minus Rp250,000).
- Do you plan to use Kazeer for the full year? The Rp1,000,000 saving assumes 12 months of use.
If you stop before the year is up, the rest of the period isn't refunded, but your access runs to the end of the period, and the tablet stand stays yours. The rules for changing plans are at the end of this article.
Do you need the Kazeer AI chatbot?
The Kazeer AI chatbot is an assistant that helps you make sense of your business records. You ask in everyday language, on the web or in WhatsApp, such as "What sells best?", "How much have I sold today?", or "Which items should I check?" You'll find more sample questions in the article on asking Kazeer AI.
In the plan feature lists, the Kazeer AI chatbot appears on all three plans: the Free plan, Standard Monthly, and Standard Annual. So if the chatbot matters to you, any plan will do. Your choice still comes down mostly to cost: who pays the platform fee, and whether you pay monthly or yearly.
Inventory is also listed on all three plans, so neither feature is what sets them apart.
Match a plan to your situation
| If this sounds like you | Plan to look at first |
|---|
| You don't want to pay a subscription, and your customers don't mind Rp500 per transaction | Free plan |
| You don't want your customers paying a platform fee, and you'd rather pay monthly | Standard Monthly |
| You want no platform fee, can set aside Rp2,000,000 at once, and plan to use Kazeer for a year | Standard Annual |
| You need staff training | Standard Monthly or Standard Annual |
If you're still torn between the Free plan and a Standard plan, go back to your transaction count and your regulars. If you're torn between Monthly and Annual, go back to your cash flow.
Changing plans and stopping
You can change plans later. The rules:
- An upgrade, say from the Free plan to a Standard plan or from Standard Monthly to Standard Annual, applies right away. The unused value of the current period is taken off the new plan's price.
- A downgrade, say from Standard Annual to Standard Monthly or to the Free plan, applies at the end of the period.
- What's left of your Free plan deposit stays yours when you change plans.
- Stopping means not renewing. The period you've paid for isn't refunded, but your access runs to its end.
One thing to ask the Kazeer team directly before you pay: how the platform fee shows up on the customer's bill and receipt.
Also tell them which devices and printer you already have. Kazeer runs on phones, tablets, and computers, and the Kazeer team can help you work out what devices you need. You can bring all of these questions to a demo or a chat with the Kazeer team.
